The Laser Hair Removal Course at Avante Laser Training Institute, The Woodlands is designed to provide in-depth laser hair removal training for students who are from different backgrounds and want to become licensed.
The Laser Hair Removal Course cover both the science and application of 4 types of laser hair removal devices as well as laser hair removal training. This is necessary for students who are looking to find employment in medical spas, physicians’ offices and clinics.
Our all-inclusive injectables course includes detailed education and hands-on injectables training that contain Botox courses, courses with Dysport products as well as Hyaluronic fillers courses.
Avante Laser Training Institute, The Woodlands offers body sculpting training which consists of Body Contouring and Cellulite Reduction seminars that focus on reducing cellulites and reshaping areas of the body through the latest body contouring technology.
In these 8-hours comprehensive IPL courses, students will learn how to perform photo rejuvenation and skin tightening treatments using the latest intense pulse light therapy techniques. This treatment is one of the most popular ways to improve skin color and texture without resorting to surgery.

Course Description:
Intro to PDO Thread Lift Course is a comprehensive, hands-on training program that equips medical professionals to integrate thread face lifting into their practice. The course is designed to guide you through specific protocols associated with proper placement into fascial tissues and selecting various sizes and dimensions of sutures.
Avante Laser Training Institute, The Woodlands, offers the latest anti-aging and skin-enhancing treatments. Our Fractional Skin Resurfacing training includes theory, hands-on training and procedures using fractionated laser devices as well as professional demonstrations from our personal instructors.
Our students will learn how to use our laser equipment; safely and effectively to be able to meet the demands of this anti-aging fast-growing industry.
Laser Tattoo Removal is one of the fastest-growing treatments in the cosmetic industry. During the Laser Tattoo Removal courses, students will learn the theory and techniques that include using a Q-Switched laser for tattoo removal, they will also receive detailed information on Q-Switched photoacoustic theory, laser tattoo removal training, hands-on treatments and safety guidelines.
During the vein reduction training, students will be provided with classroom theory as well as hands-on clinical practice on small vessel/telangiectasia reduction. In addition, students will learn about isolated pigmented lesions’ removal, a service that is in-high demand at medical spas.
Vein reduction training will lead our students to master this type of procedure which is an essential as well as a valuable service in spas and clinics.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Training
All of the below courses have been approved by the Texas Workforce Commission and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and are accredited to fully satisfy the annual CEU requirements.
Lash Lifting Review
Lash lifting is the ‘curling’ of the eyelashes using a series of gentle treatments.
It is designed to help clients achieve a more natural-looking curl, leading to more prominent and defined lashes.
Lash lifting is an excellent alternative to more high-maintenance solutions such as lash extensions.
In this one-day intensive lash lifting course, we train our students to become confident lash lifting artists. Our entry-level students will learn all aspects of lash lifting, from profiling and drawing to touchups and even how to complete consent forms.
At the end of the 8 hours, students can leave the class as masters of the lash lifting craft.
Anatomy and Physiology of Skin and Hair
In this additional training module, students will learn:
1. The Anatomy of Skin: The composition of skin and its structures.
2. The Anatomy of Hair: The composition of a hair follicle.
3. The Physiology of Skin: The different functions of the skin as an organ.
4. The Physiology of Hair: The different cycles of hair growth as well as the cells in the hair that are targeted by laser treatments.
5. How laser treatments affect the hair follicles.
Laser Treatment of Ethnic Skin Types
In this additional training module, students will learn:
1. The differences between ethnic and Caucasian skin.
2. Specific issues that can arise when treating ethnic skin.
3. What precautions are taken while using lasers with ethnic skin. Proper lasers for dark skin types and the reasons behind them.
4. Potential complications and how to avoid them.
Sterilization, Disinfection and Safety in The Medical Spa
In this additional training module, students will learn:
1. The difference between sterilization and disinfection.
2. Various methods of sterilization.
3. The Bloodborne Pathogens Act (OSHA).
4. How to identify safe practices in the spa or clinic.
